Who we are

PanaShift helps healthcare organizations create, review and report duty schedules from one platform. It combines manual planning, rule-aware automatic assignment, workload visibility and explainable assignment records.

The service is a workforce-planning tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or patient-care decisions.

What we provide

Service-based and role-based staff planning, day/night or hourly shift models, workload summaries, conflict warnings and subscription-based access are provided according to the selected plan.
