Distance Sales Agreement
This framework applies to PanaShift subscriptions purchased remotely. Order-specific plan, price, tax, buyer and payment details shown at checkout form an integral part of the agreement.
Last updated: 2026-08-061. Parties and subject
The provider is identified in the merchant information below. The buyer is the person or organization whose details are entered at registration/checkout. The agreement covers electronic access to the selected PanaShift SaaS subscription.
2. Main characteristics and price
Current plan features, user/service limits, subscription period and price are displayed on the Plans and checkout pages before confirmation. The checkout total, currency, applicable taxes and any discount take precedence for that order. The buyer is clearly informed that confirming the order creates a payment obligation.
3. Formation and payment
The agreement is formed when the buyer confirms the order after receiving the required pre-contract information and the payment is successfully authorized where payment is required. Payment will be processed through iyzico after activation of the integration. PanaShift does not receive or store raw card credentials.
4. Performance
The digital service is made available electronically after successful payment and account checks. The buyer must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep account credentials confidential.
5. Term, renewal and termination
The term is the period stated for the selected plan. Any automatic renewal and its cancellation method must be disclosed at checkout before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for a period already provided, except where mandatory law or an approved refund requires it.
6. Withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal right for distance service contracts, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions. If the consumer requests performance before the period ends, or digital performance begins, any express consent and acknowledgement required by law will be obtained separately at checkout. Mandatory rights cannot be limited by this agreement.
7. Service availability and liability
Planned maintenance, security incidents, force majeure and third-party infrastructure may temporarily affect availability. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. The buyer remains responsible for reviewing and approving final duty schedules and complying with applicable employment and healthcare rules.
8. Complaints and disputes
Support requests and withdrawal notices may be sent in writing to the email, KEP or registered address below. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court under applicable monetary and territorial rules.
9. Records and precedence
Electronic order, consent, payment and service records may be retained for legal and evidentiary periods. If order-specific pre-contract information conflicts with this general framework, mandatory law and then the order-specific terms govern that order.
